- The new vent does not depend on the crankshaft rotation to open and close.
- Conversely, the reeds open when the pressure in the crankcase exceeds the pressure in the camshaft chamber, and close when the pressure in the camshaft chamber is equal to or greater than the pressure in the crankcase.
- By opening and closing "on demand," the reed valves automatically compensate for the delay associated with the acceleration of air as it is expelled from the crankcase, increasing performance and preventing oil carryover at high revolutions in engines with poor piston ring sealing
- Installation is quick and easy; it requires no timing marks and has no rotating parts.
