We have a 30 -day return policy, that is, you have 30 days after receiving the article to request a return.
The article must be in the same state in which you received it, without using, with the labels and in its original packaging, so that its return is admitted. You will also need the purchase receipt or voucher.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with the instructions on how and where to send the package. It will not be accepted returned without having previously requested the return.

Defective articles and withdrawal
Defective articles:
The user can return to California Motorcycles, at no cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the user will have a 15 days since he received the products to communicate to California Motorcycles his lack of conformity with them. If said term is exceeded any damage and losses will be assumed by the user.
The return of products that present manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost for the user.
To formalize the return, the user must contact California Motorcycles within the period of 15 days indicating the product or products subject to return, attaching a photograph and a detailed relationship of the defects appreciated in them.
Once California Motorcycles has received the user's communication, it will inform you within 3 –5 business days whether or not the product returns. In the event that the return, California MotorcyCles will indicate to the user the collection or shipping to their offices/warehouses of the defective product.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -in their case -, documentation and original accessory elements that would come with it. If the user was not proceeded in this way, California Motorcycles reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects, California Motorcycles will give the user to replace the product with another of identical features, unless this option was objectively impossible or disproportionate for California Motorcycles.
In the case that for lack of stock, it could not proceed to send another product of identical characteristics, the user may choose between resolving the contract (that is, the return of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that the user voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or of the new model that the user chooses, as appropriate, will be carried out in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which California Motorcycles will confirm the user the replacement of the defective product or the sending of the new model.
The replacement, sending a new model or contract resolution will not imply additional expenses for the user.
If the user resolved the contract, California MotorcyCles will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the user for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
California MotorcyCles informs users that the term of return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the user would have used when buying the product:
-If the user has made the payment by credit/debit card, California Motorcycles will return the amount paid within 14 calendar days since the user decided to resolve the contract.
-If the user has made the payment by PayPal, California Motorcycles will return the amount paid within 24-48 business hours since the user decided to resolve the contract.
Dististing:
In the event that the user was not in accordance with the products received in their order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that will integrate the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the user must take charge of the direct return cost to California Motorcycles, whether it returns the order completely and if he decides to return only some of the order products.
To formalize the return, you must contact California Motorcycles. Received this communication, California Motorcycles will indicate the way of sending the order to its offices or warehouses in Spain.
California Motorcycles is not responsible for the messaging company that the user hires for the return of the order. In this sense, California Motorcycles recommends the user to demand the messaging company that facilitates the supporting supporting one once the messenger has deposited the product in the offices of California Motorcycles, so that the user has evidence that the product has been correctly delivered to California Motorcycles. California Motorcycles is not responsible for the address where the user sends the order for return. Our office should always be in Spain.
The expenses of the order return (such as shipping costs through messaging companies) will be assumed directly by the user.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -in their case -, documentation and original accessory elements that came with the same in perfect condition. If it did not proceed in this way by the user or if the product had suffered any damage, the user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that California Motorcycles can refuse the return.
Once California Motorcycles checks that the order is in good condition, California Motorcycles will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the user.
If the user decided to return the order completely, California Motorcycles will return to the user all the amounts that he had paid (including shipping costs).
If the user only wants to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, California Motorcycles will not be able to return the shipping costs that the user has paid for the entire order.
California MotorcyCles informs users that the term of return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the user would have used when buying the product:
- If the user has made the payment by credit/debit card, California Motorcycles will return the amount paid within 14 calendar days since the user decided to resolve the contract.
- If the user has made the payment by PayPal, California Motorcycles will return the amount paid within 24-48 business hours since the user decided to resolve the contract.
In any case, California Motorcycles will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the user has reported his decision to withdraw the contract.
Product change policy:
California Motorcycles does not admit the change between one product bought by the user by another product that is offered on the website.
In the event that the user wants to make the change in a product, you must exercise your right of withdrawal on it as established in clause 6.2 and subsequently buy the new product you want.
Some of the articles may not be legal for use in public roads, limiting their use exclusively to closed or competition circuits, it is the user's responsibility to know and comply with the local legislation in force in this regard. California Motorcycles SL is not responsible for problems or consequencesdue toaincorrectinstallation, handling or use of your products.
