The kit is complete with inertia flyers, a large diameter cylinder and flat upper -ups kit that provides a 10.8: 1 CR with the 91 cc high flow heads included.
The 640 Easy Start The gear -driven cams provide the necessary elevation for this engine to breathe, but ensure an easy turn with the original starter and the original battery.
The kit adds 0.096 "at engine height.
NOTE 2: Build a serious high performance engine.
Therefore, it is not compatible with the original ignition and the original accelerator (too small) housings.
A large accelerator housing, such as 558678 S&S 58 mm in diameter and high performance ECU is required.
Carburetor engines will require an ignition system with adjustable advance curves and a large carburetor, such as the S&S super g or similar.
The kits are mechanized to be compatible with the original length collectors.
Note 3: S&S recommends MCS 978519 Coter Bearing insert Jims, for TWIN CAM models 03-17, to replace the original roller bearing with the strongest timken bearing.
See MCS 978517 to know the required Jims tool.
