• They Allow You to Install Both Stock and Aftermarket 1993 to present Style Hard Luggage Designed for Touring Models. 
• Mount to the Fender Rails and Behind the Passenger Peg and Feature Dzus Receiples to Run the Stock 1/4 Turn Fasteners. 
• They measure 13 1/2 "(343mm) from the Mounting Hole on the Fender Strut to the Bottom of the Support. 
• Note: That on Lowered Bikes, where the rear axle nut is above the bracket, The Rear Axle Nut Will Damage Your Bags. 
• INSTALLATION REQUIRES TURN SIGNAL RELOCATION ON ALL MODELS EXCEP FLSTN DE LUXE.
