- Moto Fork SYN oils are composed of synthetic bases and fortified with specific additives that give them numerous qualities, especially high anti-wear capacity.
- What type of fork oil?
- Inverted fork: Inverted forks require a more fluid oil with SAE viscosity between 2.5 and 5. They are mainly used in off-road, enduro, and motocross motorcycles, and offer better terrain sensitivity. Grade 5 can also be recommended for small 125cc motorcycles and light road bikes.
- Conventional fork: Conventional forks, installed on road motorcycles, require oil with a viscosity index of 10 to 15 or even higher. Sport riders who want to avoid fork dive during hard braking use a higher viscosity index (up to 20).
