MCS Top Dead Center Tool for Harley Davidson

Installs in the timing hole to find and hold the flywheel at the correct top dead center for performing static timing adjustments.
The center is open so that the steering wheel markings are clearly visible.
Warning: The tool must lightly touch the flywheel, which is enough to prevent movement.
