Rick's Clubstyle handlebars are made in Germany from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum. They have a 3.6mm wall thickness and a 31.8mm diameter at the riser clamp area, offering 25% more stability than other manufacturers. The handlebars have a hard black anodized finish and a 25.4mm tapered diameter at the ends to accommodate OEM HD switches, levers, and grips.

TBW-V1 bars have slots for the electronic throttle body like the CVO Softail (2011-2015), all Softail models (2016-2024), 110CI FXDLS (2016-2017), all Trike models (2009 to present), 96, 103, 107, 110 and 114CI Touring (2008 to present), and 117CI Touring (2018-2023). These slots are approximately 2cm shorter on the right side to accommodate the throttle grip sensor.

TBW-V3 bars have holes for dowel pins for handlebar controls and electronic throttle, as seen on 121CI CVO Touring models (2023 to present), all 117CI Touring models (2024 to present), and all Softail models (2025 to present).
