The 2006 Dyna ® models and all models from 2007 to the present with electronic injection are equipped with 2 narrow-band oxygen sensors (Lambda probe) and the Delphi ® switchboard that works with these probes to obtain operation information during the "closed loop" and adjust the Air-Fuel mixture to emission regulations.

When the engine reaches the operating temperature the power station (ECM) of the motorcycle will maintain the ratio Air-Fuel to 14.6 during idle and also with the accelerator half gas. While circulating under these "closed loop" conditions most aftermarket power stations are not able to modify this mexcla (AFR) and add fuel (necessary if leaks or filter have been changed for example). The ECM will correct any attempt of change in this sense, therefore the solution consists of installing these eliminators of sensor O2 simply connecting them in the connector of the probe Lambda.

These removers have adequate internal electronics that simulate a "cold sensor" situation and allow the injection to operate in "open loop" all the time, allowing the aftermarket to obtain full control of the EFI injection in situations and modify the entire AFR map conveniently. You can therefore make changes to the entire operating range of the engine, from idle to fully open gas fist.
