Lambda probe eliminator for Harley-Davidson Dynojet Oxigen Sensor EQUIPATOR 76423011
The 2006 DyNA® models and all models from 2007 to the present with electronic injection are equipped with 2 oxygen sensors (Lambda probe) of narrow band and the Delphi® switchboard that works with these probes to obtain information from the operation during the "loop closed "and adjust the air-fuel mixture to emission regulations.
When the engine reaches the operational temperature of the motorcycle (ECM) of the motorcycle will maintain the air-fuel ratio to 14.6 during the idle and also with the accelerator at medium gas. While circulating in these "closed loop" conditions, the majority of Aftermarket switches are not able to modify this mexcla (AfR) and add fuel (necessary if the escapes or filter have been changed for example). The ECM will correct any attempt to change in this regard, so the solution consists in installing these O2 sensor eliminators simply by connecting them to the Lambda probe connector.
These eliminators have adequate internal electronics that simulates a "cold sensor" and that allows the operation of the injection in "open loop" throughout the time, allowing the Aftermarket switchboard to obtain total control of the EFI injection in the situations and modify the entire AfR map conveniently. It may be about the entire engine operating range, from idle to the fully open gas fist.
- They are sold per unit.
- For all Harley-Davidson® 2006 and later models with 2-wire Lambda probe.
