With 99-10 style breather gaskets and early style 99-04 valve stem seals.
These EST (Extreme-Sealing-Technology) gasket sets are complete with all gaskets, seals, and O-rings used on the specific HD model listed, excluding primary gaskets.
It's the easy way to perform a complete overhaul and have all the necessary gaskets in one package for engine reassembly.
This EST gasket set contains MLS (multi-layer steel) cylinder head gaskets that eliminate the use of pin O-rings.
Base gaskets are 0.020" thick SLS (single layer steel).
They have 0.005" of high temperature Viton rubber on both sides and are the strongest on the market.
The rocker cover gaskets are also 0.020" thick SLS.
They will not leak, extrude, tear, or become brittle over time.
Exhaust gaskets will not obstruct the flow of exhaust gases and will not fray at the exhaust port.
The valve seals use Viton rubber and external springs for a perfect seal.
- MLS = Multi-Layer Steel Explanation: Consists of a top and bottom layer of stainless spring steel that is covered by high-temperature rubber on both sides.
The inner ring is also made of stainless steel.
These 3-layer gaskets are riveted together, outside the gasket surface, for ease of installation.
