Designed specifically to increase the suspension height on FL Touring models.
It improves cornering clearance and lean angles, and eliminates drag from the footpegs and footrests. It enhances straight-line stability, high-speed cornering, and handling.
It increases resistance to bottoming out on bumps or large potholes.
The threaded preload adjuster allows preload adjustment for different rider weights and increases the preload range.
It reduces front-end dive and improves front tire traction under hard braking. Designed for optimal performance with Legend's 14" Revo-Arc rear suspension.
It includes two 2" shock absorber cartridges on a twin-chamber monotube and two rebound springs.
Designed for use with standard diameter front wheels.
Note: 14-25 models (except all 23 and newer CVOs with inverted forks) require the use of OEM 45500123 (24.31″ long) extended fork inner tubes, Custom Cycle Engineering (hard chrome 923715) or Arlen Ness 2″ extended fork tubes 993521 (gold nitrided) / 993506 (black) 24.25″. Note: 97-13 models require the use of HD OEM 83804-09 (22.55″ long) upper fork tubes. Note: 97-01 models equipped with factory air forks will require the additional purchase of HD OEM 45419-80 (Colony 989703 fork tube cap bolt set) (2) and 45733-48 (gaskets) o-rings James 909040). Note: Due to its design, this front end kit will increase the overall height of the motorcycle. Note: This product is not designed for 21" or 23" front wheels.
