Jims Fork Cap Installation Tool for Harley-Davidson

Used to counteract spring pressure when installing fork tube plugs.
It makes installation much easier, especially on fork tubes that are still installed on the bike and where access is limited, such as on Touring bikes.
It is not necessary to disassemble other parts to perform the work.
