Jims Breather Reamer Tool for Harley-Davidson

Used to repair the vent hole (often damaged by the original plastic vent valves).

It is not necessary to disassemble the boxes.

This tool reams the bore to +0.030" to allow installation of a +0.030" JIMS or S&S replacement steel breather.

Note: After reaming, all aluminum swarf must be removed.

Also, when working with earlier 36-69 model cases, before reaming, check that the vent hole wall thickness is sufficient so that the reamer will not go through it.
