Originally, a foam seal was used for the solenoid on early L65-E84 models (OEM 60645-65) and a rubber O-ring (OEM 27060-55) was used on the solenoids for 83-88 models.
This James Quad Rubber Seal is designed as a custom upgrade and will fit as a direct replacement for both earlier (foam) and later (O-ring) models.
