Note: These can only be installed directly on models with a CAN bus, such as the 2011-later Softail, 2012-2017 Dyna, 2014-later Touring, and 2014-2022 Sportster XL. Earlier models, or those without CAN bus wiring, will require a load equalizer to correct the turn signal flash rate when switching from incandescent to LED bulbs. A HeinzBikes frequency transmitter, part number 706793, is available.
