33 3/4" (86cm) long black DLC coated tubes, clear anodized forks and 0° clear anodized Mid Glide axles

Italian suspension specialists Maselli developed the ultimate in front suspension for American V-Twin motorcycles and produce them exclusively for Zodiac.
Improved handling and damping characteristics are the benefits of these precision-crafted units, which feature chrome-molybdenum and machined aluminum fork tubes, alloy sliders, hard-anodized damper rods, and clear or black anodized upper tubes and wheel axle clamps.
The triple trees are machined from billet aluminum with a bright polished finish, and finally, the forks feature integrated caliper mounts on the left side. Suitable for use with 2000-present Harley-style calipers (except radial-mount calipers) designed for use with 11 1/2" (292mm) discs.

The all-new design and style version of our inverted forks features:
● 54mm smoothed aluminum upper tubes
● 43mm chrome-molybdenum inner tubes with hard chrome finish or black hard DLC coating
● Completely new developed damping units
● 5 1/2" (140mm) travel
● Individual adjustment of the fork spring preload
● Hidden mount 25mm wheel axle

Mounting
These forks can be custom fitted to the following chassis:
● All 4-speed Big Twins
● FXR
● Evolution Softail
● Twin Cam Softail
● Evolution Dyna
● Twin Cam Dyna 2000-2005
● all Sportsters before 2004

Fork oil change:
For street use: SAE 10 light oil. For extremely heavy motorcycles, extreme or racing use: SAE 12.5 or 15.

Drain the forks completely and remove the fork springs. Place the fork tubes exactly vertical in a vice, one at a time. Compress the fork completely. Remove all air from the fork by moving the outer tube and damper rod up and down slowly 10 to 20 times. Fill the compressed forks with fork oil to 100 mm below the rim, decompress the forks, and install the springs and upper fork nuts.

Notes: Handlebar damper rubbers and bushings must be shortened for proper fit.
