It is used to easily install Timken internal and external sprocket shaft bearings in the left crankcase, as well as the external sprocket shaft seal.

Designed with a high-quality roller thrust bearing, captive inside the tool body.

No loose parts to worry about putting them in correctly or incorrectly.

Note: Includes a seal adapter, which presses the sprocket shaft seal straight and precisely for a leak-free fit.

- Step 1: Using the tool, press the inner bearing onto the flywheel (gear shaft).

- Step 2: Place the crankcase over the flywheel assembly.

- Step 3: Slide the new inner bearing spacer onto the sprocket shaft.

- Step 4: Using the tool, press the outer bearing onto the flywheel (gear shaft).

- Step 5: Using the tool and optional seal adapter, press the seal and external spacer into the crankcase.

Installation Notes: When using new bearings, be sure to use the NEW inner and outer spacers that come with the bearing set. This will ensure the correct bearing axial clearance.
