EBC ranking series brake shoes have a rectified radius and trimmed edges to fit precisely on their brake drum and also have entrance and exit chaflanes at the ends of the lining and brake shoe springs style original equipment.
The coating slots in multiple angles are designed to channel dirt, dust, water and residues in the braking area to improve braking and extend the useful life of the shoes and drum.
