Evolution engines make a lot of noise inside the rocker lid
This is due to the way H-D designed the installation of the rockers.
The bolt that blocks the rocker axis is not a tight adjustment at all, when installed, it allows the rocker to rotate slightly and backwards in the housing.
There he hits the bolt shaft bolt, which provides the sound of unnecessary click.
This kit comes with 4 precision conical caps that adjust around the balancing bolts when installed, which eliminates the movement of the rocker axis.
It does not interfere with the operation of the rocker.
The kit includes a washer and a nut for the installation and the necessary tool to correctly align the rocker axis, before installing the bushing.
An experienced mechanic should be able to put the bicycle on the road in about 3 hours.
Note: When necessary to remove the rocker axes, a new Rocker Locker kit will be required.
