Hydraulic Lifter Bleeding Tool for Harley Davidson

It is used to pre-bleed hydraulic units and help prevent valve train damage after initial engine start-up due to incompletely bled tappets.
Simply load the lifters into the basket, place them in a vacuum container, cover with clean engine oil, tighten the lid, apply vacuum like a brake bleeder, and watch all the air bubbles float away.
