Replaces the original solenoid end cover.
Pressing the button on the direct start cover will engage the starter motor directly on the starter motor.
It can be used as a primary starter system (no additional starter knobs required) or as a backup to the original starter system.

Fits: > 90-06 BT (except 2006 Dyna); 94-04 XL1200; 05-22 all XL; 08-12 XR1200 . Fits Spyke 1.2 & 1.4KW starters only, not compatible with Spyke Stealth starters.
