The Zard 2:1 full exhaust for Harley-Davidson Softail models is designed to enhance the qualities of this iconic American Cruiser, offering a distinctive design, exciting sound, and improved performance.
Designed and handcrafted in Italy, this complete exhaust kit includes stainless steel headers and muffler, with a machined aluminum end cap and a laser-cut stainless steel Zard plate, adding an exclusive aesthetic touch.
The exhaust also includes the stainless steel heat shield kit.
Available in Euro 5+ homologated version and racing version, with satin or black Cerakote® finishes, a special high-temperature resistant ceramic coating that gives the exhaust a distinctive design.
Compared to the original exhaust, the Zard kit improves performance by +3.9 HP in the racing version and +1.8 HP in the Euro 5+ approved version, while also reducing total weight by -1.1 kg / -2.4 lbs and -0.1 kg / -0.2 lbs respectively.
The sound is deep and more aggressive, ideal for enhancing the character of this exhaust.
Compatible with OEM saddlebags and passenger footpegs.
