Allows cutting of handlebars to adjust the setback angle, similar to Ness modular handlebars.
The clamps are 4" long and have a 2" internal stop.
This allows you to properly grip 2" on each side of the handlebar for a secure hold.
Includes cutting and tightening instructions for the included hardware.
