The filter is made of water-resistant synthetic material, which in most cases eliminates the need for a waterproof cover.
The filter is reusable and does not require oil; just rinse it and reuse it.
The kit does not include the Arlen Ness cover; it must be purchased separately. Fits models with Cam Delphi EFI and Twin Cam CV carburetors from '99-'06. Not compatible with models with lower fairings.
