- Tech Tip: Pre-2021 or US Mufflers on a 2021-Up EU Softail/Touring? The FuelPak FP4 (part number 942227) allows you to deactivate the 2nd. downstream O2 sensor, without throwing trouble codes. This will allow you to use US or pre-2021 EU exhaust mufflers that are not equipped with a downstream O2 sensor bung.
