Mineral-based mono-grade 4-stroke engine oil.
It comes with a blend of additives specific to air-cooled V-Twin engines for which a mono-grade oil is recommended.
Excellent quality available in the standard SAE 50 (50 weight) version as 700979, but also in SEA 60 (700980) and SEA 70 (700981) weight versions for use in high ambient temperature environments to maintain proper viscosity.
Some use the "thicker" 60 or 70 weight motor oil in "worn/loose" engines, where the higher viscosity tends to reduce oil consumption somewhat.
This oil features a shear-stable formula with industry-leading extreme pressure and anti-wear protection that provides excellent film build at all operating temperatures.
- Formulated for Pre-Evo V-Twin engines for which a mono grade oil is recommended.
- Exceeds API SN PLUS and JASO MA2 specifications.
