LOCTITE® LB 8040 is a special mineral oil designed to release rusted, corroded and seized parts.
The product leaves a thin film on the released parts that lubricates and prevents rust.
This allows the lubricating ingredients to penetrate directly into the rust by capillarity.
Universal application
The flash freezing effect instantly cools parts to -43°C and causes microscopic cracks in the oxide layer.
