The manifolds slide onto the exhaust flanges and are held in place by springs, just like the mufflers.

Like Zard's own systems, this special Kodlin is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with visible MIG welds.
Manufactured with high-end 2D/3D lasers, robots, bending machines, and skilled welders for a perfect result.
It comes with a simple stainless steel finish and a powerful sound.

Note: This is an EU-approved slip-on exhaust system. Removing or modifying the DB killer on approved silencers will void the warranty and approval.
The certification is valid for unmodified production motorcycles, for the specific models and model years mentioned in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/EC, Regulation EU 134/2014).
The approval number, shown on the relevant certificate supplied, is stamped on the silencer and must be presented to the authorities when it is inspected.
