JAGG Slimline vertically mounted oil coolers offer simple and effective reduction of oil temperature to safe operating levels, thereby extending the life of both the oil and the engine.
They include hardware, a sandwich-type viscosity-regulated oil filter adapter, frame clamps, hoses and clamps, and easy-to-follow installation instructions.
Specially designed turbulators in each oil passage gently agitate the oil, exposing it to more critical heat dissipation surface area for superior cooling without increasing oil pressure restriction.
In addition, the air fins with high-concentration mini-profiles allow for maximum heat transfer.
The elegant, high-tech asbestos-containing clamps ensure trouble-free mounting and isolate the cooler from vibrations.
For air-cooled Buell, Evolution Sportster, and Evolution Big Twin models, a thermostatically controlled oil filter adapter is available separately.
Note: These coolers are not compatible with Twin Cooled engines (also known as Mount Rushmore or Water Heads), such as those used on some Touring and Trike models. They are also not compatible with models equipped with lower fairings.
