Cam Plate and Oil Pump Conversion Kit for Harley Davidson

This kit updates the cam chain tensioner on your TC 88 engine to the latest design, similar to the one on the TC 96 engine.
The cam support plate, made of aluminum, has been designed to allow the installation of the TC 96 hydraulic cam chain tensioner on models equipped with TC 88.
These hydraulic cam chain tensioners will last much longer than spring tensioners and are the ideal complement to a modified engine for improved performance.
Additionally, 2002-2006 models use a single-row front roller chain and TC 96 sprocket (included in the kit).
2009-2001 models utilize an Original Equipment silent front chain and sprocket to maintain camshaft position sensor function.
The kit includes an upgraded SE high-flow oil pump that provides higher oil pressure at high operating temperatures.
This kit increases oil delivery by 23% and recovery by 50% compared to the original 2009-2005 oil pump, and reduces operating temperatures for longer bearing life.
