With hard anodized crown and top ring groove to reflect heat and prevent "micro-welding" between the ring and groove.
The Line2Line abrasive self-lubricating powder coating technique allows for zero-tolerance installation; the final tolerance will be 0.003".
The piston creates its own perfect tolerance during break-in; the coating automatically provides the tightest and most perfect fit possible between the piston and cylinder to prevent piston wobble and achieve the best possible ring seal.
Note: Fits 107" M8 engines.
Works with stock, unmodified 4.375" stroke cylinder heads.
4.25" bore replacement cylinders are required.
