Used to machine Twin Cam cylinder heads to accept JIMS mechanical compression relief valves (MCS 978426).
Installs on front or rear cylinder head, with or without valves installed.
Simply drill, face, thread and compression release valves can be installed.
Note: Threading tool 978425 10 x 1.0 mm must be ordered separately.
Fits: Twin Cam > 99-17 (except Twin Cooled heads)
