The Zard 4.5-inch slip-on exhausts for Harley-Davidson® Grand American Touring models combine the distinctive style and technology of Officine Italiane Zard products with the tradition and charm of Milwaukee's iconic Touring models.
The exhaust system consists of a pair of silencers manufactured entirely by hand in AISI 304 stainless steel in Italy.
Designed by the Centro Stile Zard, this kit is available in competition and Euro 5 homologated versions.
Available in the following finishes: matte black Cerakote®, silver chrome, black chrome and billet aluminum lid.
The improvements aren't limited to design: the Zard system for the Harley-Davidson Grand American Touring line offers a peak horsepower increase of +2.3 hp in the competition version and +1.2 hp in the street-legal version (compared to OEM mufflers). It requires no ECU remapping, is easy to install, and is ready to ride. Zard slip-ons are compatible with 2021-2024 Grand American Touring and CVO models with Milwaukee 114, 117, and 121 ci engines. These are 4.5-inch stainless steel slip-ons, black with a black aluminum end cap, and street-legal.
