- Vance & Hines' innovative PCX technology explained: more power, less heat. PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology is actually a high-flow, chambered catalytic converter. It's used to increase midrange torque for more responsive acceleration off the line. They're positioned downstream to generate up to 20% less heat at the floorboards/footpegs and 50% less heat at the manifold, optimizing rider comfort compared to the stock system.
- PCX technology utilizes a high-flow, dual-matrix catalyst that improves midrange torque delivery for more responsive acceleration. All while producing an even deeper, fuller rumble, all without compromising the style of any Vance & Hines exhaust system.
- US mufflers on a pre-2021 Softail/Touring? 21-up US models have only two O2 sensors in the headers. 21-up EU models (Euro 5 system) have a total of three or four O2 sensors, including one or two downstream in the muffler(s) or crossover balance pipe. Therefore, 21-23 US exhaust systems will not fit 21-23 EU models.
- The FuelPak FP4 allows you to disable the second downstream O2 sensor without triggering trouble codes. This will allow you to use pre-2021 US or EU exhaust mufflers that are not equipped with a downstream O2 sensor connection.
- Compatible with: Softail: 18-20 FXBB Street Bob, FLSL Slim, FXLR/S Lowrider, FXFB/S Fat Bob, FLDE Deluxe, FXST Standard. It is not compatible with saddlebags.
