- Designed and improved thanks to feedback and development work from Polini's Racing Department, this update to the Polini ECM allows you to choose between 3 different maps, offering the rider customized performance options.
- The Polini 171.0025 electronic ECM controls the engine and includes connected sensors, actuators, fuel injection, ignition, and auxiliary engine components. It allows for increased vehicle performance using state-of-the-art microprocessors in synergy with specific hardware for each model. It is a fully reversible, easy-to-install, and plug-and-play ECM: simply disconnect the original and connect this Polini replacement.
- The user-friendly map selector comes pre-loaded with 3 maps:
- Map 1 (Original Map): sets the vehicle to its original factory configuration, with no increase in engine RPM. This function is not applicable when oversized cylinders and valve springs are installed. Optional add-ons include the Polini Hi-Speed variator with 5.8g rollers and the Polini muffler.
- Map 2: designed to increase engine RPM up to 10,000, keeping the engine completely original. It is not mandatory to install the included valve springs, although Polini recommends it. Optional add-ons also include the Polini Hi-Speed variator with 5.8g rollers and the Polini muffler.
- Map 3: allows the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 70-75 km/h. With the additional installation of the Polini 49mm bore cylinder kit, the engine displacement increases to approximately 80cc (ref. 140.0236). It must be combined with Polini extended gear ratios (ref. 202.1429). It is also recommended to combine it with the Polini variator (ref. 241.737) and the Polini muffler (ref. 190.0079), and to replace all original valves with those included in the package, essential for optimal results.
