Shocks shorter than stock length have reduced travel, which can affect the ride quality and handling of the motorcycle.
Reducing the height of the motorcycle will reduce ground clearance and cornering stability.
Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks with a different length than stock, confirm that wheel travel can be modified without causing clearance issues, such as contact between the swingarm/axle and exhaust, as well as contact between the chain/belt guard or tire.
The original shock absorber upper mount caps are not compatible with these shock absorbers.
Not suitable for rear lowering kits.
May require custom mounting on models with stock style offset mount shocks.
