• Without detracting from the clean look of the beak, the novel design creates enough space to allow the complete factory vinyl-covered wiring harness and terminal connections, along with their respective shrink sleeves, to pass easily without chafing.
• Using a unique flaring process, the burr-free internal radius creates a generous amount of extra clearance inside the problematic handlebar tip.
• To make wiring installations even easier, Magnum pre-loads the bars with EZ-Woven Plastic Sleeves.
• Aggressive looking Viking handlebars are manufactured to the highest quality and work with standard controls including hydraulic clutch
• Each 1-1/4" diameter handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for a precise fit, incorporates wrist angles for engineered riding comfort, has 1" diameter center sections, 3-1/2" center knurling, and features machined (not stamped) control mounts and burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic control slots.
