Nuevo kit de reparación para pinzas de freno Harley-Davidson Brembo

New repair kit for Harley-Davidson Brembo brake calipers

Harley-Davidson began using pumps and brake calipers from Italian manufacturer Brembo in 2006, when he introduced them as an improvement on V-Rod models. Later in 2008 these new tweezers were also assembled in the Touring family, and as far as 2017 the models equipped with the Milwaukee Eight engine not only equipped Brembo brake calipers, but also the clutch actuator mechanism.

The 4-piston Brembo tweezers mounted by Harley-Davidson offer a significant improvement in both braking touch and performance, but have the drawback that they cannot be disassembled for maintenance, as HD only markets the entire clamp.

The good news is that the American company Cycle Pro has just presented a Reconstruction kit for Brembo brake calipers Harley-Davidson and that allow to repair or rebuild the tweezers for a minimum cost.

This kit consists of improved Billet aluminum pistons that replace the original plastic pistons and all the gaskets needed to leave the clamp as new.

Or if you prefer us to mount it to you, you can send us the tweezers and we'll rebuild them in our workshop.

I have a Harley Davidson Tri Glide Ultra Classic with a 6 piston brake caliper and Harley Does not make a rebuild kit for it. I recently bought one from Cycle Pro for my year of bike and it Does not fit my caliper, I am returning it today. My pistons are 32mm x20mm 4ea, and 25.4mmx20mm 2 ea. Or 1.25"v.7880" 4ea.and 1"x 0.788". This caliper was only on the tri glides for 4 years. Do you have a kit for this? If not what is the MEASUREMENTS OF THE 4 PISTON KIT YOU NOW MAKE? THANKS for the 2017 bike? Thanks Harold
