NEW LAW: Mandatory to wear motorcycle gloves

It is evident that we live in an era where the constant obsession to avoid responsibilities in the cases of public road accidents leads to increasingly restrictive demands for the motorist, we have an example in a law that has recently been approved in France that forces The driver and passenger of a motorcycle, Trike or Quad to wear gloves.
After a study in the neighboring country in relation to accidents in motorcycle accidents it was decided to impose the use of approved gloves to reduce hands and doll injuries in a fall since November 20.
The fine for not carrying the gloves will be € 68 and the withdrawal of a card from the card. This has not liked motorcycle associations, since it is not understood that there is a withdrawal of points when the integrity of any other person outside the vehicle has not been jeopardized. This law already had a precedent with another law that entered into force in January of this year that forced the bikers to bring a stored reflective vest to use it in case of breakdown.
The truth is that sometimes instead of prohibiting it could be more effective to carry out awareness campaigns so that it is the users who decide on the different methods of individual protection, after obtaining the appropriate information.
