¿Por qué digo ésto? Because with 69 years, you have to be very strong mentally to try to beat the record of the world of speed, with a vehicle on wheels and piston engine, built 50 years ago.
This is the feat that Danny Thompson got last weekend in the speed world championship (Land Speed Record) held at Los Salado Lagos de Bonneville, USA.
Danny and his team got a peak speed of 725.67 kilometers/hour with Challenger 2, manufactured in the late 60s by the corridor's father.
