Buell (también) lanza su nueva moto eléctrica: Fuell Flow y Fuell Fluid

Erik Buell, the former Harley-Davidson engineer and founder of Buell, is back on the attack.

This time he has partnered with Formula E's Frederic Vasseur and famous F1 entrepreneur Francois Terny to launch a new brand of electric motorcycles called Fuell, of which two models will initially be launched:

  • The Fuell Flow model is available in an 11kW version (equivalent to 125cc) and a 35kW version (equivalent to an A2 license) that both have a rear hub motor, allowing for a 50L luggage storage capacity.

The Fuell Flow will have a city range of 200 km and a starting price of $10,995.

  • On the other hand, the Fuell Fluid model is an electric bicycle with a range of 200 km. It is available in a 32 km/h version and a more powerful 45 km/h version powered by two removable 500 Wh batteries. The Fluid also uses a maintenance-free carbon belt drivetrain and internal gears in the hub.

This model will be priced at $3,295, although Fuell will offer various financing, credit, and leasing options.

According to sources at Fuell, the Fluid model will be marketed in 2019, while the Flow model will have to wait until 2021.

We will keep you informed...
