Curved TC RSDrive 280/300 swingarm kit For Harley-Davidson
Smooth curved swingarm with hidden mount axle pockets. Kits are designed to fit stock style Softail frames and will accept up to 330 series rear tires. Kit bolts straight into the stock Softail frame. All swing arm kits include a fully TIG welded curved swing arm with smooth looking hidden axle pockets, 25mm rear wheel axle, stainless steel fender extension plate, swing arm bearings, swingarm pivot spacer bushing where needed and the Right Side Drive transmission conversion kit for use in your transmission housing and a trick support to make a strong connection between the transmission trap door and the frame to take the load of your primary. Kits for up to 330 series rear tire also include an offset final drive front pulley, extended clutch pushrod and a spacer ring for the clutch actuator/pulley cover. The RSD conversion kits use a special RSD clutch actuator/pulley cover, which are separately available in hydraulic or cable operated. The cable operated clutch actuator works with stock Big Twin clutch cable, the hydraulic operated clutch actuator requires an 11/16" bore master cylinder. We have OEM style and Custom Style clutch master cylinders available, check out our Handlebar Controls section. A raw steel RSD belt guard is available separately. For those that prefer to use a wheel with 3/4" bearings we have 3/4" axles available. All swingarms have TUV approval. Extra wide fenders and Custom Style fender struts can be found elsewhere in this catalog.Note: The hydraulic operated clutch actuator requires an 11/16" bore master cylinder. These can be found elsewhere in this catalog.
