New Model Harley-Davidson 2019 FXDR 114
The new FXDR is a powerful machine, which adds a new level of performance to the Harley-Davidson range.
It combines the performance of the Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine with components of aluminum and composite fibers to reduce weight, including a new lighter swinging, subchassis, lightened tires and composite fenders, increasing the sensation of agility and performance.
The air filter taking is oriented forward, with inspiration Drag Racing, and improves admission by increasing high speed air flow.
The engine is the M8 114CI, capable of delivering 119 FT-LBs. of motor torque at 3500 rpm (in the American model).
With the New Softail chassis with improved high performance suspensions, introduced in this year's models, the FXDR offers the largest angle of inclination in the whole family (32.6 degrees to the left and 32.8 to the right).
His escape complements the aggressive Muscle Bike line, offering a deep and progressive sound.
News in the rest of the range
Although the rest of the models offered for 2019 have not varied much of those already existing this year, technology has increased in the Touring range, offering more advanced multimedia systems, suspension improvements and ABS brakes with traction control in triumphs.
The CVO 2019 models consist of Street Glide, Road Glide and Ultra Limited.
What we have left to see
It is evident that this is only the principle of new models that will be launched progressively in the coming years, as Harley-Davidson announced in its latest promotional video, which will revolutionize the most traditional bases of the brand: new engines refrigerated by water, new Electric models, new offroad and sport ranges ... The idea is to attract new markets and audiences, with the challenge of conserving the most conservative customers.
